What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, Venmo and Zelle. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ADDRESS

When completing our checkout process, please note the following with regard to entering shipping and delivery address:

Shipping Address:  If we are mailing items, please enter the shipping address.  If we are delivering to your student at SMU, we will ask you for the delivery details later, so in this section, enter your credit card address here, so you will not have to type it in again later with your payment information. 

Delivery Details: This is where you will let us know your student’s name and campus location.  Please enter their dorm name (ie: Loyd Commons, McElvaney Hall) not their campus mailbox address, because we will contact them via text and meet them outside their dorm to deliver in person. If they live off campus, please let us know the full address.

How far in advance DO I need to place my order?

It’s never too early to book a birthday delivery! We would love as much notice as possible for all deliveries. But we know life happens, and oops, you need a birthday basket ASAP! We can usually fulfill orders within 2-3 days notice, and sometimes even in 24 hours.  Some of our vendors need a few days to prepare the goods. If you have your heart set on a charcuterie board or perfect birthday cake, be sure to order 3 days in advance (72 hours). 

How do you contact students to schedule deliveries?

We reach out to students via text the day prior to the desired delivery date.  We work around their schedule to find a convenient time to meet them at the front of their dorm or residence.  We NEVER go inside the residence halls to make deliveries.  We NEVER leave a package at a residence hall door or apartment door. We aren’t Amazon nor Uber Eats. We deliver directly to your students and ensure they receive the cool gift. That’s part of our magic!

What do you charge for delivery?

We charge $30.00 for most deliveries which includes festive and fabulous wrap, bows, basic napkins and plasticware for food items, and a personalized enclosure card. We personally hand-deliver to students at their residence/dorm, take their photo, and send that photo to you. Believe it or not… it might be the only picture you receive of your student all semester!

DO YOU DELIVER ON THE WEEKENDS?

We deliver on most weekends, except for Saturdays when there is an SMU home football game.  If you have a student whose birthday falls on a home game day when we are unable to make a delivery, we will schedule for the day before.

What if I don’t want my student’s photo posted after their delivery?

Absolutely fine! We only post photos of the students whose parents have given us permission to post.  That is completely up to you!

What if my student has a food allergy or special diet? 

During the checkout process, you will be asked if your student has any food allergies, and you can note them there, along with any other diet specifications.  We have several local bakeries that do amazing gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and any other type of allergen-free goodies for our customers!  You might want to Contact Us first and inquire before you order, but chances are, we can handle it!

How do I order a custom Gift?

We LOVE to help curate anything from an everyday gift to that singular milestone 21st celebration. Just Contact Us and we will promptly respond. There are so MANY ways to customize that special something for your student. As Dallas natives, we know where to get the best, what to suggest, and how to secure most requests. Maybe it’s a unique birthday cake, a tailor-made gift basket, a hand-painted personalized champagne bottle, Happy Birthday or other “message” donuts, giant oversized balloons, and more.  Count on us!
